Rob Crausman, MD, MMS, FACP, FCCP

Rob Crausman is a board-certified internal medicine physician with a distinguished career in both clinical healthcare and public health. Dr. Crausman holds both a doctor of medicine and master of medical science degree from the Brown University School of Medicine, in Providence, Rhode Island. He specializes in internal medicine, pulmonary disease and geriatric medicine, as well as being a board certified addiction medicine provider, which is the current focus of his clinical practice.
He currently serves as Clinical Professor of Medicine at Brown University School of Medicine and is president of Tru-Med, Inc., in Fall River, Massachusetts.


In addition to his clinical duties, Dr. Crausman has also served as the director for the Center for Epidemiology and Infectious Diseases at the Rhode Island Department of Health where he also oversaw the state Board of Licensure.

Frank M. D'Alessandro, MD

Frank D’Alessandro, MD is board certified in Internal Medicine with more than 30 years experience. He is a native Rhode Islander, graduating from Classical high school in Providence Rhode Island. He completed his undergraduate education at Boston University with a BA in biology, graduating cum laude in 1983. After obtaining his medical degree from Ross University in 1988, Dr. D’Alessandro completed his postgraduate training in Internal Medicine at the Yale-affiliated Waterbury hospital.

Jonathan H. Martin, MD

Jonathan Martin graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor's degree in molecular biology from the University of Rhode Island in Kingston, Rhode Island. Continuing his medical studies at Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine in Hershey, Pennsylvania he earned his medical doctorate in 2008.


Dr. Martin's post-graduate education includes practicing at Boston University School of Medicine, in Boston, Mass., and internal medicine at the Roger Williams Medical Center, in Providence, R.I.


A founding partner in the practice, Dr. Martin's clinical interests include cardiovascular health, weight loss management, and complementary and alternative medicines.

Scott A. Wilson, MD

Scott Wilson is a native Rhode Islander who graduated from Bishop Hendricken High School, in Warwick, Rhode Island in 1989. He earned a bachelor's degree in biology from Providence College before graduating in 1997 from Brown University School of Medicine, both in Providence, R.I.


In 2000, Dr. Wilson completed his internal medicine residency at Memorial Hospital of Rhode Island, in Pawtucket, R.I., and has since been in private practice specializing in internal medicine.
